Payment Methods
I-resign.com uses Paypal to process all orders taken from the website. This means that you make payments from your credit / debit card or directly from your Paypal account.
Paypal accepts payments from:

Paypal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction.
Delivery Costs
Postage is FREE for all orders placed in the UK and Ireland.
All international orders are shipped by Airmail and cost £2.95 (GBP) per item.
Delivery Times
We aim to ship all in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. If an item isn’t in stock we’ll send you an email to let you know about any delays. If you’re in the UK, you should normally receive goods within 5 working days of placing an order or the very next working day if you've placed your order before 12pm GMT. If you’re anywhere else in the world, we aim to deliver within 7 working days.
Returns
We try to ensure that the product you ordered arrives in perfect condition. If however you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (unopened, with all seals and packaging intact) within 5 working days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund.
: we cannot accept returned items that have been used or worn or arrive back to us without their original packaging.
To return an item you must first email us at information@i-resign.com telling us about the item you’re returning the reason for returning it. We will then give you a returns authorisation number which you should write on a piece of paper and include with the package.
When returning an item you MUST obtain a proof of postage receipt. We cannot make refunds if the item does not arrive with us and you do not have a proof of postage.
Replacements
If I-resign.com sends you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to us within 5 working days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 5 working days of the date on which I-resign.com confirms we will issue a replacement.
Refunds
If your returned item qualifies for a full refund, and your item has been received and processed, we will refund your credit/debit card in full. (Please allow up to 28 days)

For us to process your order, we need your name and address details. You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us at information@i-resign.com.
Any credit / debit card information you supply is provided directly to Paypal which acts as the payments processing company for I-resign.com. This means that we do not ourselves collect or store your credit / debit card details.
